To regularly share best practices in all aspects of pathology and laboratory practice management, including, but not limited to, business, legal, coding, billing, leadership, human capital management, and new technologies aspects of our industry.
The Foundation proudly welcomes pathologists at all stages of their professional journey, including trainees, pathology practice managers and laboratory executive professionals in private practice, hospital and academic settings. From a governance philosophy, membership to the APF board of governors is equally represented by pathologists and non-pathologist executives, with one co-president elected from each constituency.
